With over 15 years of experience in New York art galleries, she brings a connoisseur’s eye to every selection – be it vintage furniture, custom furnishings, or bespoke fixtures. Mimi’s interiors reflect a deep appreciation for quiet luxury and time-honored materials. Her expertise lies in seamlessly blending color, texture, light, and shape to create balanced, inviting interiors. Mimi’s pragmatism and resourcefulness has been honed by years of working with both demanding art buyers and skilled craftspeople, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standard. The latest addition to the R.A.Somerby team, Rufus brings a fresh perspective after double majoring in Architecture & Urban Design and Economics at Hamilton College. His expertise in modern design spans interiors, exteriors, and urban planning, with a focus on new heritage style. His interiors capture the fusion of classical architecture, minimalist restraint, with selective flair. Rufus combines a passion for design with a practical understanding of real estate, having previously worked as an analyst on the Private Asset Research team at Cliffwater. His ability to merge design and investment knowledge helps R.A.Somerby create spaces that are both beautiful and valuable.
